Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During sales, holidays, product launches, or other periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Shipping Methods
We offer shipping options available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Mountain Man Blades is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before we can resend the order.
