From start to finish Mountain Man Blades was awesome. I purchased a Series 1 Custom Jr and the Ridgeline skinner. The micarta on my Series 1 was absolutely beautiful, but more importantly is was grippy, solid, and flawless. It is a great all rounder. If there was only one knife I could bring, this would be it. Adequate size for camp chores. Comfortable handle for longer tasks. The way it was designed gives you really nice pinch points for more detailed work. You can really get solid control no matter the task. The Ridgeline skinner is well, exactly as it states. It's a skinner. It is scary sharp, tough and agile. Nice light weight and rides comfortable in pocket. I appreciated the extra length of paracord. It made for easy draw and retrieval during messy work. If there was a down side I would say I almost felt bad for beating on them because they are that nice. Even more impressive is the gentleman running the place. Responded to all of my questions and concerns very fast, and went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. That means a lot to a lefty. The amount of respect they showed for my military service reminded me of why I enlisted to begin with. To protect the great people of our great country, and they are great people. They earned this review and my business on service alone. The blades are icing on the cake and ones I'm proud to pass along in the future. I have no doubt they will last many generations to come. Amazing knife! The craftsmanship and quality is insane! I started a custom build with MMB and the entire process was awesome. From picking out the size, choosing handle materials with elk antler, custom woods, inlays, pins, etc. it felt like I was part of the whole process itself.
I would HIGHLY recommend MMB to anyone and it definitely won’t be my only blade I have them build for me! Thanks again!

So this knife is worth every penny!!! The craftsman ship and attention to detail in my knife made my jaw drop… I got to customize a knife in person at the shop and it was the coolest, most fascinating, and memorable experience. If I’m going to spend top dollar for a knife I want it to be a Mountain Man Blade. The experience made it worth it in itself… absolutely way too many options for just one knife haha. Just received my knife and it is truly a work of art. From the thick magna cut blade to the superb handle construction and shape, this knife will be my go to forever. Can't wait to process the elk and deer i harvest this season with it. Thank you for making such a great bushcraft hunters tool.

These knives are awesome! The craftsmanship is great with the beautiful stone and wood chosen for the handle. The full tang of the blade gives the knife a good weight in your hand. The knife holds its edge very well and came out of the box very sharp. Highly recommend these knives they are built with the quality to last for many decades.
