About
The maker
One man. One blade at a time.
No factory floor. No production line.
Just a guy who wants to make a great knife for the everyday American
The maker
It started with a need
I'm the maker behind Mountain Man Blades where I create hand finished knives built with Purpose, Character, and Attention to Detail.
What started as a needing to create something by hand that lasts has grown into a passion for making knives that are meant to be used, carried, and appreciated for years to come.
Every knife we build is hand finished and we believe these knives shouldn't be just a tool, it should have a sense of personality and craftsmanship that you can see and feel.
Thank you for supporting my small business and allowing me to turn raw materials into something that's made to last.
How it's made
Forty hours, four stages
Every blade takes the same road: shaped, milled or ground, hardened, and dressed by hand before it earns the stamp.

What we stand for
Three rules, no exceptions
Sourcing
American steel. American hands.
Steel from USA Mills, Burl Wood and Hardware from other small USA based companies of the highest quality. American sourcing where it matters most.
If it fails, we fix it.
That's the whole warranty.
Every blade is backed for life against defects in materials and workmanship. Use it hard. Sharpen it. Pass it down. If something goes wrong, send it back — the man who made it will make it right.
